  1. Prepare all the ingredients to shorten your cooking time. In a pot add the chicken stock, red chilli flakes, paprika, vinegar, soy sauces, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, sugar, ginger and bring it to a boil. Now lower the heat and add chicken, mushrooms and cover and cook for 10 minutes. Lower the heat and add the vegetables.
  2. Now add the cornflour slurry by continuously stirring it to avoid any lumps. Work quickly as to avoid over cooking the veggies. Now add the beaten eggs from a little higher than the pot into a thin stream and stir after for the eggs to cook and change colour. Turn off the flame and serve hot with crackers.
