I usually put the chicken and rice together, but I put the bell peppers, onions , celery and snow peas in a bowl ( separate from everything else) and the mushrooms in a separate bowl. after cooking each item I will also rinse the pan in hot water and recoat the pan with new oil, and always remember a half a cup of dry rice is 1 serving.
