  4. Once milk evaporate, add sugar and cardamom powder
  5. Cook till it starts leaving the sides of pan. Continue the process.
  6. Once you see that butter or ghee is ozzing out, it is ready. Don't be in a hurry to shift it. It's ready to serve.
