The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:

  1. Take 1 baguette loaf (cut into 6 slices)
  2. Get 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  3. Get Olive-Garlic mixture:1 tsp grated Garlic
  4. Make ready 4-6 tbsp Tomato Salsa

Instructions to make Bruschetta:

  1. Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Then place the bread slices on it and brush the olive oil-garlic mixture on top of each slice.
  2. Bake and cook at 180 degree celsius for aboutique 4-5 minutes or till the slices are crisp and golden in colour.
  3. Once cooked, let the bread slices cool down(about a minute or two).
  4. Using a spoon, spread the salsa on top of each bread slice and serve.
