  1. For preparation:- soak half cup basamati rice for 15minuets before cooking
  2. First of all in a cooker heat 2 tbsp ghee add cumin seeds and whole spices (cinnamon,1 bay leaf, 1-2 green cardamon, 2 cloves)
  3. Then saute them on medium flame till they become aromat.
  4. Then add sliced onion & saute along with add chopped tomatoes & saute.
  5. Then add vegetables of your choice, I have added (3,4 chopped beans, cauliflower,1/4 cup peas,1/2 capsicum,1 chopped carrot.
  6. Further add prepared Masala and saute. Then add soaked basmati rice.
  7. Stir it continuously in a medium flame and properly, then add two cups of water,salt and mix well and pressure cook for two whistle.
