Just-Mix Frozen Yogurt

Hello everybody, it is Drew, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, just-mix frozen yogurt. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Just-Mix Frozen Yogurt is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It is appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Just-Mix Frozen Yogurt is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

Frozen yogurt is one of summer's greatest pleasures—smooth, creamy, and arguably a little less of a guilty pleasure than ice cream—and homemade frozen yogurt manages to be even tastier than any store-bought brand. Plus, it's generally super easy, with many recipes clocking in at just three ingredients—and no ice cream machine required. Try out these nine recipes for homemade frozen.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have just-mix frozen yogurt using 4 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Just-Mix Frozen Yogurt:

  1. Take 300 grams Plain yogurt
  2. Get 100 ml Water (filtered if possible)
  3. Get 50 grams Sugar
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Frozen yogurt, on the other hand, comes together in a flash. You just mix everything up in a bowl and churn! And, let's face it, frozen yogurt is lighter and contains less fat. Now, I will say that I recommend using full-fat yogurt for this recipe.

Instructions to make Just-Mix Frozen Yogurt:

  1. Add water and sugar to a heat resistant bowl and microwave (600 W) for about 50 seconds to make the syrup (just make sure the sugar melts). Let it sit to cool.
  2. Add cooled syrup from Step 1 to the yogurt. Also pour in lemon juice.
  3. Mix well. Taste test at this point and add more lemon juice as you like (I always add a lot of lemon juice because I like it a bit sour).
  4. Leave it to chill in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Take it out to mix several times during that period. And then you're done!
  5. This frozen yogurt can take on many forms. You can mix in jam or fruits (banana, melon, kiwi, canned tangerine, canned pineapple, etc.) (Mix in at Step 3)
  6. Here's a picture of when I mixed in marmalade. It was delicious. You can also use your favorite jam. (Make sure to use less sugar if you add jam)
  7. Here's another example where I added canned tangerines in Step 3. I mashed the tangerines as I mixed it all together. You could also use canned pineapple.
  8. Here's an example of when I used blueberry jam. I made the sauce on top by melting a little bit of jam in hot water. This version tasted great too.

It really makes a difference in the texture of the frozen yogurt, it's richer and creamier. This week I made frozen yogurt in a sort of accidental way. First, I came across this recipe for coconut milk yogurt and I decided to try it. It looks like a great simple recipe–just mix coconut milk and probiotics and let it sit until it turns into yogurt. Unfortunately, it never got thick past… You just mix a quart of yogurt with sweetener, your favorite flavorings, and some alcohol, freeze and you're done.
