  3. Keep it for 5 mins to cool a bit. Then Knead it for 5 mins till it become a soft dough.
  4. Make shape of churros with the help of a mould or a squeezer with nozzle of your favorite design.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these churros till they get dark brown colour. Take them out of oil and mix in 200 gms powdered sugar so as it get coated on all churros.

Bring to a boil, then add vanilla. Turn off heat and add flour and salt. Spain's equivalent of doughnuts, churros are famous throughout the world.
