  2. Get 3/4 cup All purpose flour or maida
  3. Take 3/4 cup Ghee
  4. Take 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. Prepare 3/4 cup powdered Sugar

  7. Prepare 1/4 cup Pistachios slivered

  1. Mix both Sugar and Ghee in a bowl with your hands. It is an important step to follow. This makes the batter fluffy and supple. Stir in all the ingredients and make a smooth dough out of it.
