  1. Make ready 4 egg whites
  2. Prepare 200 g icing sugar

Steps to make Pavlova:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Whip whites to firm consistency, add sugar, cornstarch and vi vinegar. Mix well.
  3. Create small piles on baking sheet, flat on the top.
  4. Put into the oven and change temperature immediately to 120°C.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes. (Cake should not turn brown). Take out and let cool.
  6. Whip the cream and place on tops. Decorate with fruit.
